Before the pass reaches A2, B1 tackles A2.\n  <\/div>\n  <details>\n    <summary>What&#8217;s the ruling?<\/summary>\n    <div class=\"aos-ruling\">\n      <strong>Ruling:<\/strong> Foul. Tackling A2 is a form of holding \u2014 defensive players are prohibited from grasping an opponent other than the runner.
